Complaint: I bought a used Corolla in June 07,with 55k miles, just out of warranty, from Toyota of Plano.
At about 61K miles, the water pump failed, which overheated the engine and it blew (cylinder head warped).Toyota of Plano said I should have taken the optional warranty, no sympathy, not even an offer of a parts discount.
Three letters to Toyota brought only form letters to call their complaint line, a pointless endeavor. There are three Toyotas in my immediate family. I'm resolved to rid myself of all.
Useless form letters, useless complaint line. Toyota Sucks!
